The S³ Mentorship Program is a cohort-based initiative pairing members with an E-Board member, and potentially a grad student, over 9 weeks. It's built around your specific goals, whether that's breaking into sports finance, landing a front office internship, or just figuring out which direction to go, but it's not unstructured. The cohort works through mentor matching, a rundown of career paths across the industry, a resume and LinkedIn workshop, networking and cold outreach practice, and a group case workshop on a real sports business problem. Later weeks cover interview prep and career roundtables with mentors across different sectors. Members close the program with a personal career roadmap and networking portfolio built from what they worked on all semester.
